The workouts are challenging but also manageable and most time fun and engaging. You feel the burn after you finish a workout at OTF. You can also work out at a pace that is comfortable for you even as you workout within the coaching parameters.

It is a class where no matter who you are it can be a doable challenge. The workouts are hard and the push you. Overall great place to start working out, I always leave feeling tired yet wonderful!
I love the organization of the workout (assigned stations, class caps, weight racks, etc) and I love the efficiency of the workout. We cover a lot of ground in an hour. It’s a great workout and has been a great community.
That said, most of the workouts are cardio dominant between the 23 min tread block (28 min if warmed up on the tread) and rowing blocks leaving maybe 15 mins for strength training. I’d like to see more strength training - either in classes - or more Strength 50 classes added to the schedule. I’d like to see a full body Strength 50 class on a weekend morning I.e. Sat or Sun at 8am. Keep Wed at 7:15am!
It would be nice to see Power Walkers on the leaderboard results for Challenges vs just runners and have a Top 3 Woman / Top 3 men overall category (I’ve seen both of these on other studios leaderboards).
For OTF corporate, they should implement a referral program. I’ve referred people to OTF but they join the studio closest to them. They are still joining because of my referral and OTF’s membership base is growing. They should also improve their website to represent their global operations I.e. have merchandise in local currency and consider free shipping.
Overall, OTF is great and I’m glad there is a studio in my area.
Amazing, family-like community with highly professional, welcoming, encouraging and pushing to the best of you coaches! The sessions are always fun to embrace. Love every day sessions which are all different from one day to another and the challenges that push one outside of comfort zone and aim towards results. The support team is always welcoming and ready to answer all the questions one may have. The entire team managed to create a wonderful, warm, welcoming and caring community. Highly recommend to anyone searching to transform their body and mind!

I like the energy and the mixed workouts and the music.
I am not a fan of the 3G format. I agree you need a 3 G to get people off a waitlist but scheduling a 3G for 9 people seems strange. I am sure there are good reasons or you would not do this.
