I love so much about it !! I will start with the coaches and the owners , they are always so nice and Encouraging . Always willing to answer any questions or help with any workout issues you may have. the facility is always clean . I love the fact That the workouts are one hour with a coach. The musics always on point . It’s not like other gyms where you go in and walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then think about what you need to do for the next 30. You are in and out in an hour and have had a phenomenal entire body workout. The staff encourages us to be kind , encouraging and caring to other members. I love the way they encourage us to get to know each other. Way it always feels like you have a big support system. Love everything about it !!
