It is always a challenging workout and it’s never the same thing twice! The best part for me is that I don’t have to think about it. I just show up and follow instructions. There is always enough equipment and I am never standing around waiting. The coaches are terrific!
I really like the structure of the workouts. It kept things interesting and help me stay in it the whole time. I also like the bands that gave me information about how my workout was going and the amount of calories I burned.
I enjoy the daily changing variety of exercises and rotation between the treadmill, exercise floor, and rowing. I love the game-like approach and metrics. I appreciate the fact that all I need to do is to show up and don't have to make any decisions about my workouts besides if I want to exercise harder and push myself more.
Kelly is the best coach I've ever had. She is awesome - great energy, great enthusiasm for her role and her clients, and best songs ever.

Lauren was amazing! So encouraging as I hadn’t been at OTF since 2018! She offered me different alternatives too! Friendly front desk staff as well. Gracie got me all signed back up!
