What do you like about our workout?

I like that the workouts are always different and I especially love the signature workouts and benchmark days. The benchmark days help me to push myself to always try to do better than before which I love. Coming to Orangetheory is the best 1 hour of my day!

I love the fact when I am working out my focus is on the exercise, can’t think of anything else.

What a great workout! Front desk was so helpful when I could not get my Burn to show up and the studio was very clean! Top notch!

What do you like about our workout?

Everything!!!!! Any possible changes I would suggest are all rich white chick things. Which means, they are all surface-y changes and have nothing to do with the substance and design of the operation and strategy. Keep up the great work!!!!

What do you like about our workout?

The accountability of how the schedule works and I get energy from others doing the same workout around me are my top two reasons. I also like to encourage someone that might be struggling next to me during a workout (that happened today). Plus that I don’t have to prep my workout and hope I can get it done in the time I allotted. I know if I give one hour to push myself then I get the the rest of the day at regular pace. That hour also makes the rest of my day better in so many ways.

I like that the workouts teach people who don't normally lift weights how to lift and provide diversity in the workouts.

I love the camaraderie, enthusiasm and results-based workouts. The coaches are highly skilled, motivating and engaging. The workouts and the music are always varied, but keep me coming back for more. Love OTF Fairfax Main Street!

I like that the workout changes daily and we are shown what to do for each exercise. Additionally, I like that I receive further input if I am doing something incorrectly.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that OT is a full body workout, it kicks my butt (in the best way) every time I go. The workouts are planned and I don't have to think about what to do. I just show up and follow the coaches lead. The coaches at Bradlee Center are AMAZING! Coach Lee is super motivating and his playlist is LIT! Coach Kate is nurturing and kind and Coach Jess is super knowledgable and a great leader. Their goal is to help me reach my individual health goals and they help me to realize I am capable of more every single time I attend a class. The front desk staff is kind, energetic and so welcoming. I always feel welcome and encouraged when I walk into the studio. Mike, Melania and Bingham have truly helped me to continue on my fitness journey.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the coaches and I love the variety. I have been going for close to a year and I don’t think that I have repeated a workout yet and I usually give 5-6 days a week.
