The Heart rate monitor, splat points keep you going. Loud music and orange color, gives your mind a break from other thoughts. OTF class is like meditation for me. Nothing but exercise in my head

I appreciate having a workout planned for me. It’s nice to have knowledgeable coaches there explaining what to do and encouraging me to push myself. I know that if I were working out on my own, I would choose the same series of exercises, rest or give up too quickly, and get bored. Orangetheory keeps me engaged and motivated to stick to a routine.
