That the work out is planned for me and guided by a coach who makes sure we are performing the exercises correctly. Also, that there are always different workouts, so it never gets monotonous! It also feels like a family - seeing familiar faces in classes and getting to know fellow members and OTF staff.
I really enjoy the workout. I have been surprised at how much I enjoy it, as I am NOT a fan of group classes. What I love most is that it feels like an individual workout in a group setting. I'm able to do my own work at my own pace, but know I have the support and guidance from the instructor and the energy of those around me to keep me going.
That being said, today I attended a 2G class and it ended with a partner workout on the rower. That really turned me off--I wasn't able to work at my own pace, and I felt pressure because my partner was waiting on me to finish so they could start each time. I didn't like that, and can say that something like that being a common thing would turn me off to OTF.
Otherwise, I really love it and especially enjoy Manda!

I love the intensity of my workouts and the overall well rounded nature of the workouts. Each workout is new everyday and I feel like my body is getting worked all around. I love orange theory!

I love it at Orange Theory! The instructors are motivating and knowledgeable. The workouts are tough but attainable. I feel so much better about myself!
I like the variation between coaching strategies and the way they assist me with adaptations to the exercises as I need them. I also love the structure of the entire orangetheory setup as it is exactly what I need.

Being fairly new to the gym in general, I love the guidance as to what workouts to do. I love the push to complete each workout and to challenge ourselves.

I enjoyed both coaches will visiting this studio. In Saturday’s template, Stacy was full of energy and a bit of a spitfire.

Love the variety of classes, especially the tread & strength 50 options, and flexibility to attend classes at whichever oak park studio schedule works best. Great energy from almost all of the coaches, Gina and Ben both pay close attention to form and provide corrections frequently, which I really value! When I have a choice, I’ll pick their classes over anyone else’s for that reason alone.
I like that in every class we get to do cardio and use the weights.
I love the strength 50 classes the most! The workouts are always different and much respect to the coaches for always guiding the class through and making it fun.
I love that the coaches actually coach you and motivate you. Otherwise I would be clueless.
Loved how sweet all the front desk staff are. I went This week on 1/24 in the evening classes at 6:30p, 1/25 and 1/26 morning classes at 8:30A and the front desk staff were so sweet all 3 days. They made me feel welcome and helped me with everything. The coach Mikey is also very kind and helps you with anything while working out. Love this new studio!!
Amazing coaches and a sense of community during a very diverse ever changing workout that pushes me to test my limitations.
I love that the coaches are very helpful and the workouts are specific but can be tailored to my needs and abilities.

I love the mix between cardio and weights. The different workouts each day keep me from getting bored and the challenges and special workouts peppered in help to keep me motivated. Majority of the coaches are great and really contribute positively to my workout.
