I like how OTF mixes up the workouts to not be the same each time. And, within a workout, the three segments of treadmill, floor and rowing. Great trainers and front office staff.

It's well rounded. You get a bit of everything from floor and weights to the rower and the treadmill. Also, you can see the results of your workout on the screen. You know if you're working at your hardest or if you need to pick up your speed. And finally, it's a lot of fun.

OTF St. Charles is the best. The staff creates a friendly environment. The coaches are really great, they motivate and encourage you to push and challenge yourself if you are up for it, or if you can't do it, they will give you a modification or alternate routine. Even in large size classes the coaches take time to make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly. It’s a great 60 minute well rounded workout and you feel a great sense of accomplishment when its done!
I love that it is challenging and different every day. I feel that it was worth getting up early and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Its fun, never the same and the coaches are friendly, motivating and push you to do your best! I love Orangetheory it has become part of my healthy lifestyle!
