It’s very well organized and monitored. Great staff and great work outs plans . Staff is always super helpful and friendly and work outs cover running, rowing and weights. You get all 3 of the best worlds.

The variety of the exercise regimen balancing cardio and strength, the efficiency of accomplishing a quality workout in one hour, the technology of tracking heart rate and progress, and the camaraderie of the group accompanied by the motivation and expertise of the coaches!
Great coach and loud music. Everything was explained clearly and was consistent with other OTFs that I’ve been to.
I love the support, the one on one attention from the trainers even with a full class. Encouraging and accommodating with alternative exercises if you have limitations. It fits every one!
The short intervals and coach talking. I know if it's a push that I only have 30 seconds and then I'm done.
I love how quickly they fly by, and I would never sweat that much on my own. It’s really fun. And I feel great! Highly recommend it if your looking for a group exercise class that is teacher lead that is different every class and a full body workout than you have to try it!

The workout is always planned by OT in advance so that I don’t have to. That saves me time.

Focused and challenging workouts
Like the variety of exercises and the additional strength classes that have been added to the schedule. Also Haley and David's classes have the BEST playlists - easy to stay motivated!
