I love the positive vibes and energy the instructors have as well as the front office personnel. The combination of weights and cardio to me the best way to get a good workout in. I always leave after every session saying “that was hard”! But I absolutely LOVE it! I’ve been going since they open up and I’m down 6 pounds. Can’t wait to see how far I’ll go!

You can see your heart rate and know when to push or when to recover a little longer.
I like everything about OTF Logan Square, and I would recommend it 100 times over to anyone who asked. Even with the front desk worker who can be a bit flippant at times.

It motivates me to push myself out of my comfort zone and the fact that I don’t have to come up with my own workout is a huge plus!
I think everyone is wonderful. Viv, Steph, Tasia, Guy, Sara, Jess are my regular coaches and staff, but everyone has been wonderful, fun to be around and a true sense of community gets from at this studio. Even the new coach, Alex, is a good coach.
Overall, this studio is a blast. People at the very least are respectful and more often are caring, fun and joyous to be around. I'm glad I came back to Organt Theory and can't wait to keep the sweat going.

The studio is great with a set up in the work out area that is spacious, clean, and comfortable even with a large group working out. Our staff from the desk to coaches are #1!

The workouts are something new every day. I look forward to coming to class every day because I know that I won't be doing the same redundant exercises that I would do if I were working out on my own. The instructors and music help the time fllllly by.
