Coaches have positive attitudes. Workout plan is flexible, based on how much effort you can give. You are pushed to do your best but not so much that you hurt yourself. Staff are friendly and helpful. Other people working out are generally polite and welcoming. One hour is appropriate amount of time for the workout. Different workouts give variety.
The workouts are intense but i also have the choice to tone them down so i feel i am in control. Very supportive staff that help with my every need. Very motivating coaches that help me challenge myself and achieve fitness goals. Love it!

I like the workout templates, coaches, staff, and like-minded community at Orangetheory. Those there have a like-minded mission to help improve health and lifestyles. The goal is to work individually and in a community to achieve wellness through a workout platform that focuses on all aspects of the body, not necessarily one specific part.
We should all take care of our bodies, as it’s the only place we have to live.
I like the high energy and friendliness of the coaches! The workouts are tough and challenging but the encouragement from the coaches make them seem very doable. Plus the facility is always very clean and there is a lot of space for us to workout in. Additionally, all the equipment is up to date and I love the fact that I can sprint at 15 mph!
I love that every workout is different. It never feels repetitive & definitely never boring! The challenges make you push even harder & get you past physical limits you think you have. You can’t do it without the coaches & they’re awesome! They’re motivating, funny & helpful- especially with strength training to ensure proper form. The staff is friendly & knows you by name so it never feels intimidating. Overall it’s just the best!
They have a 5am class at this location. Like the running, rower, tread
I like that it’s a different workout every time, yet I consistently get a good workout. I don’t get bored. The coaches are great, the camaraderie between members is great. Overall, it’s just a great community!

Everything! For me, the OTF workouts are the perfect balance of cardio and strength training. I love the variety, the challenge, and the group energy. My Vernon Hills studio is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Listen! They are spectacular. I have attended, taught at, worked for, and managed a number of group fitness and yoga studios, and can say from experience that the level of member support, engagement, and JOY by both the SA and coaching teams at this location is truly exceptional. I've attended classes through a couple different injuries and ongoing physical limitations, and have always felt well-held by the coaches within class. It is clear that our head coach Theresa is skilled and experienced, but even more special, she has that extra magical gift that can't be taught. She consistently allows the space to find your own way through the workout, while inspiring you to push and play with the edges of what you can achieve. Under her guidance, ALL of our coaches bring their own flavor of talent to each well-guided class. The SA team, top-down, not only provides all needed logistical support, they genuinely make each member feel like a pal! I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH HOW ELSE CAN I SAY IT?!?
