It’s not about competition. It about self drive and being accountable to yourself. You go your pace, with a goal of hitting the orange zone at every station, where possible. The feeling of working out side by side, with ample space between, makes it even better to know they are all working in the same way. the music keeps us on tempo, and the instruction is awesomely pushing us and protecting our form, to avoid injury, and to get the best outcome. I love OTF!!! I like the variety of what we do in classes. We are always moving around so it makes the time go fast. I love the hr monitor so I know exactly how hard I am pushing myself in class. One of the best things is the motivating coaches. It is the closest you can get to a personal trainer in a group setting. Shout out to Garin and Kade at OTF Champaign!!
I like the concept of Group fitness because I don’t have to think about what exercises I need to do. It’s a productive use of my workout hour versus going to the gym and trying to figure out what my exercises will be. I like the instructors and the sense of community at the studio. It’s kept very clean and the whole process of booking classes is organized and straightforward.
The InBody machine is an added plus to track physical progress on muscle, fat & metabolism, versus a traditional weight scale. Overall, the membership It’s a great value if I make sure I stick with the routine, which I know I can fall out of easily.
The coaches are great and keep me motivated throughout the class. Each workout varies, so I don’t get bored doing the same exercises over and over.

It’s fun and challenging. It pushes my limits and I get to try new things, learn new moves. I also like the benchmarks to see my progress. I enjoy the comradely and members helping each other out.
The coaches do a great job pushing me to stay motivated throughout class. I keep pushing through when on my own I might stop a bit sooner and i always leave class feeling energized and ready to take on my day.

What a solid set of coaches and team there is at Logan. The fact it's been the same set of coaches since I joined two years ago means something. They're all so great and caring as well.

I love that OTF workouts are different everyday. Also, I like to coaches I've had at Yorktown so far. I just wish there were more classes throughout the day, weekdays specifically.

Every thing! Great facility and excellent program. The program has many options and doesn’t ever get boring. The coaches guidance and enthusiasm keeps me encouraged. The office manager and staff keeps everything on track.
