Orange Theory is just a great workout community in general, but the Hyde Park location is my favorite. The staff is friendly and really take time to make connections with the people attending the class. There are people at every level, from beginner to advanced.

The coaches and staff members are very caring and encouraging. In the class even when it is full, the coaches make it feel as if it is a privet session but yet as if we are all family too. I have been a member for just over a year and it is great.

The coach was awesome and even knew my name 20min into the work out. I appreciate that especially because I don’t wear a hate rate monitor so my name isn’t obvious. I have a coach at my home studio that still never calls me by name and he’s been there for over a year.

It was my first OTF class, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming! Explained the whole process to me and showed me around the facilities. I met the coach prior, and she showed me what the areas we were doing and also checked on me during the 60-minute workout— which was so sweet! Explained the stats after too and was an awesome hype woman! Would definitely come back to this OTF! Loved it!

I joined Orange Theory three and a half years ago after working out on my own and several traditional gyms. I was hesitant at first as I thought Orange Theory would just be a short term fad and not give me the muscle building workouts that I desired. I was wrong on that point. Not only does Orange Theory build muscle but it also gives you an intense heart training workout every time, which I was missing when I worked out on my own.
Here is why I like Orange Theory. 1. Coach guided clases which means I dont have to worry about planning my own workouts. 2. Convenient work out times. 3. Frequent challenges which allow you to set short and longer term goals. 4. Group workouts.
The coaches are the best and actually care about my success/growth. I love that I’m guaranteed a challenging workout everyday. It has really helped me stayed consistent and on track to meeting my goals!
Orangetheory workouts have become my go-to exercise regimen. I love the pace of it- it doesn’t even feel like an hour! I had never used the rowing machine that often in workouts before, but I look forward to it during these classes.

I have been a member of Orange Theory for quite some time and I can confidently say that it has been a game changer for me. The workouts are challenging, but the coaches and fellow members create a supportive environment that keeps me motivated and pushing myself to new limits. I love the variety of exercises and equipment used in the workouts, which keeps things interesting and prevents me from getting bored. The heart rate monitoring system is also a fantastic tool that helps me track my progress and ensure that I am getting the most out of my workouts. Overall, I highly recommend Orange Theory to anyone looking for an effective and fun workout experience.
