I've been going to OTF Lincoln Square for a full year now and I can say it is the only routine I am able to stick to. Carrie and the whole coaching staff at Lincoln Square are truly the best and create such an inclusive and fun environment to be in, it makes me look forward to some of the tortures the Orange Room holds.
Forces me to do more than I would do by myself. Instructors are very good. Very observant and positive.

I like that it works all parts of the body. I also like that I don't have to think about what to do as the coaches explain and/or call it out. The only thing I don't care for is that workouts repeat the second half of the month.

As a 70 yo male I appreciate the added muscle tone and the energy the OT workouts give me. The structure and coaching keeps me focused. The hour is organized to make the most of the time.the added strength classes complements the cardio. Really enjoying it.

Very effective. Keeps me in shape and motivated. Combined with Great coaches and friendly staff, not much more to ask!
It’s a great mix of cardio and weight lifting. I have the freedom to go at my own pace whether it’s choosing my own speeds on the treadmill or picking weights for different exercises.
Great workouts- enjoy the mindlessness on my part ie all I have to do is get there and the rest is taken care of. Great coaches, great people.

The challenge to do your best everyday. I like that it meets you where you are and it can be as challenging as you want it to be each day. I also very much enjoy the coaching staff and how they care about each one of the members. They go out of their way to show us they care about our performance and the goals we are trying accomplish.
The front desk staff is great to see every workout, they are very professional and friendly and easy to work with if you have a question or issue to get resolved.
Workouts are great.. coaches are great.. a little expensive.. but a great workout
