Focused workouts, good variety. Coaches could guide more on the strength floor though. I see myself and a lot of others doing things incorrectly.

At the risk of sounding like an old lady... the music is a little too loud. At my previous studio (Lincoln Square), I never felt like it was too loud. Now, at the Northbrook studio, my apple watch sends me warnings during each workout that the music decibel level is too loud and could cause hearing damage. I have to specifically try to pick stations that aren't right underneath the speakers.
There could also be a little more variety in the playlists. Overall good music, but a lot of repetition of the same tracks.
I love that I am the strongest and healthiest I have been in my adult life thanks to OTF! Workouts are always different, the coaches are motivating and engaged and the staff as a whole make me feel like I’m part of a community!

I love that there is a variety of routines and the coaches and staff.
The OTF workouts are great as they're different every day. I also love that you can challenge yourself or dial it back if you're not feeling 100%. Coaches are amazing too!
I like the mixture of cardio and strength in the single session.
You don't need to think about it...you just follow along and you actually feel like you really worked out - because you do!
I also like the positive atmosphere and support too! Everyone motivates each other and you don't ever feel judged!
Each workout is different. You can guide your own pace and use your heart monitor as a guide. Coaches show the correct way to lift. Fully body workouts each time.
