What do you like about our workout?

This note is for management. NOT TO BE POSTED ON LINE.
I LOVE ORANGETHEORY, but am not thrilled with how hard it is getting into my regular classes. My payment was taken out this morning, and I just went on line to book my classes. All say “class full”. Today is Tuesday (at 6:50 am), and I wasn’t able to get on the waiting list until Saturday, and actually book a class until next Monday. So I miss almost a week’s worth of classes because of classes saying “class full”. My guess is this will get worse as the holidays get closer, then in early 2019.
I happened to hurt my back, so I wasn’t able to attend many classes in October, but my intention is to come 3 -4 times a week, and it’s very disappointing to not be able to get into a class until Sunday.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They keep me motivated and help me get the most out of every workout. The workouts are always different and challenging.

Variation - changes all the time SEP; although i do wish we knew the workout before we got there.

Motivating/challenging - encouraged to reach your personal best; the activities (weight loss challenge, bingo, timed performances, etc.)

Camaraderie - group huddle before going in & fist bump or high five your neighbor

Modifications are available if needed.

What do you like about our workout?

In just one hour I get a great all over body workout. I definitely work out harder than if I were in the gym alone. I love how positive and motivating the coaches are too.

Love the variety and how great of a workout it is. Having played collegiate athletics, this is my absolute favorite and effective workout!

It's different everytime I go.
It's challenging.
I push myself more than if I were exercising alone.
It's super close to my home.
Staff is friendly & always provide corrections to technique.
It's fun.

What do you like about our workout?

I am returning to OTF after a 5 month hiatus. My reasons for leaving are numerous but unimportant because my absence taught me that OTF was a necessary part of my life. Before I took a break, multiple people noticed and complimented me on my progress without realizing I was working out at OTF- the results were that noticeable.

About a month ago it was like a switch went off and I was ready to commit to working out with OTF again. I like the workouts because they keep you accountable and challenged. The coaches are incredibly supportive, and Coach Cory is hands down my favorite. His encouragement has kept me motivated and reminds me of why I chose OTF.

What do you like about our workout?

I’m a postpartum mom coming off my second c-section birth. I was terrified to start these workouts but have been blown away by the support of the trainers and other members. Each trainer has been so kind and helpful and has worked with me to help modify the workouts so that I’m able to push myself but not injure my destroyed stomach muscles. I’m so grateful, especially to trainer Jodalyn who helped me after a particularly hard workout when I was feeling defeated about still not being where I thought I should be with my core strength. She was so encouraging and kind and really helped to build me up when I was ready to give up. Thank you!

I love how in one hour you get a complete full body workout. The workouts are never the same so your body doesn’t get use to repittion.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it changes frequently and the pace of the workouts. I also like how the coaches are there to answer our questions and correct our form when we aren’t doing an exercise correctly. Lastly I like how the coaches push us by encouraging us to speed up on the treads or lift a heavier weight, or hold an exercise longer.

I definitely see results. I love how motivating the coaches are and the cleanliness of the studio.

What do you like about our workout?

I would have given a 10, however, I have noticed more recently that the facility is not as clean. I know the members wipe down the machines with wipes after they use, but I'm not seeing the machine bottom rails on the treadmills being cleaned after each class. Plus there is dust on the machines, which tells me they are not wiping down alll the machines at the end of each day.
