My only complaint is the volume, when instructors have the music too loud and speak on a microphone over it. I miss alot of instruction bc everything is so rapid fire and I have trouble with the volume. I'm sure my age factors into this.
I love the efficiency, one hour in and out, and you've covered all the ground. I like the metrics and seeing the history. It's run so efficiently that there is no time to make friends, so the chumminess and family feeling and sense of belonging like cross fit has is missing. I feel like an island there is so little connectedness. I feel for the instructors running 3 instructions at the same time, counting down all the starts and stops. It's all so hectic and rapid fire.
With the floor work I love the diagrams that move. This is very helpful. The equipment is amazing, there is enough of everything for everyone.
The facility is very nice, really nice air conditioning.
I love the variety of the workouts and how it motivates me to push myself. I also really like all the coaches and find them to be encouraging and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is always super welcoming and I love that most know my name when I walk in the door!
It’s different every day! Coaches and staff are super friendly and helpful and so encouraging while I get back into shape!
Encouraging coaches push me to work hard every time. The regulars I see in the morning makes it feel like I have a workout community.

Coaches are well trained and always offer an alternative floor exercise if the one chosen for that day does not work for a particular person due to a previous injury. They are always very upbeat and encouraging also!
Staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful.

I very much liked being back in the gym but in a different setting. It keeps you moving and makes you compete against yourself. The splat points target gamifies the experience and it really makes you want to push yourself.
I would recommend more if 3G classes come back.

OTF BREA is compromised of a group of people working collectively together to ensure its members success! I truly feel that the workout is OUT of SITE out OF MIND once I check in and get warming up. I NEVER EVER think about the fact that I am working out. Instead, I think about how good it feels to walk into a place that is full of people that subscribe to a POSITIVE and ENCOURAGING way of thought. I honestly think my workout happens too fast. The psychology of my workout is that it’s DO-ABLE and EFFORTLESS although it truly isn’t. If I were to go to an ordinary gym, NEVER in my wildest dream would I BURN calories as efficiently as I do at OTF. Why? Because I would be thinking of a workout and NOT about the POSITIVE examples and VOICES that OTF provides along with its results generated blocks of exercises that we are trained to complete. Additionally, I probably would pay for a membership that would never be used. I wake up everyday and look forward to seeing my coaches and completing my workout. It’s NEVER a DRAG to get it done but rather an amazing HIGH that I can’t wait to feel by completing my class!

Love the atmosphere, the coaches attentiveness in actively helping you perform and succeed. There’s no rush and there’s absolutely no crazy CrossFit vibe 🙌🏻. The push, just when you want to quit because you think you can’t do it, you get that push and next thing you know the class is over.
Also, the music! It’s help you stay motivated.
Better question would be what don’t I like about OTF workouts!! Answer: hmm can’t think of anything!
