The intensity and variety and the coaches
I think it’s a good balance of cardio and lifting for me. I lift more outside of OTF and do other HIIT. For endurance based I like OTF.
I like that they are led. I work much harder than I would on my own :)
I love being told what to do. I like looking at the scoreboard because of how competitive I am.
Mark, he’s super awesome! I’m honestly really shy about grabbing weights from other racks. Sometimes I literally stick to what I have because don’t want to brother anyone. I really appreciate that he knows his members potential.
The best part about it, is when he drops the weights next to you! Because he knows that I can handle it.

I love Orange Theory - great workouts with a mix of familiarity so you can see yourself improve, while also mixing things up and keeping things fresh. The coaches are friendly and helpful. And I just love the overall environment and empowerment I feel from each class I go to. Sometimes it can be hard to feel the motivation to go after a long day, but once I show up, I never regret going (and I've done over 100 classes). I recommend OrangeTheory to almost everyone I know as a great option for people who like the structure of a class, with the ability to adjust to your own needs and goals.
That it feels like a workout and the routines are different each class. Everyone goes at their own pace and the routines have been carefully planned to give results.

I love the daily change of workouts, that keeps things interesting and you never know what to expect. The coaches are phenomenal- Russell is full of positivity, energy and motivation , Devon is wonderful - always checking in and focused always lots of fun. Kellee and Kim are always very motivating . Well planned, rotating exercises and concentration, music, culture, etc.
The coaches are amazing. I love how everyone that works there is very nice and supportive. The workouts are great and the music is awesome!
I like that it’s structured and there is no guess work in what you should be doing.
I also like that you can go at your own pace.

The theme of the workout was so fun, pop vs hip pop. Coach Deena and Joe work well together. They’re encouraging during harder efforts to keep you going.
