It was a full body workout. Coach Mel was amazing, her playlist is awesome and the other members were so kind to help me out when I was lost. It was my first time! The initial experience and welcome with Allie at the front desk was warm and kind and I loved it. Coach Mel was engaged and interested to hear my goals and discuss the workout and everything with me. The entire place and people there seem so genuine and kind which was the number 1 factor of why I wanted to join and I did after my very first class ever. I had a bad first impression at another location in Tustin but glad I didn't let it deter me from actually giving OTF a try so I scheduled my trial with Irvine instead and do not regret it whatsoever! Looking forward to starting my fitness journey post-baby.

What do you like about our workout?

I would never push myself as hard as I work inside the walls of OTF. I get that heart rate pumping and I feel encouraged every time! I feel accomplished after only an hour of class.

The coaches are motivating, the environment is amazing! The whole system just works! The arm bands are a great motivator as well being able to see my progress on the screen keeps me going throughout the workout! The variety of exercises are so great! And they combine them so well!! All around great experience and so worth it!

I love OTF and the workout is awesome. Even days when I am not in the mood - I always am so happy that I came because you can do anything for an hour. Plus the staff and fellow members become your friends. Just the best!

I love the challenges and encouragement by the OTF coaches. I always feel confident that I run a little faster, row a little harder and lift a little heavier.

What do you like about our workout?

I've been going to Orange Theory Fitness for such a long time! (8 years already- wow!) It's a total body work-out, and the professionals have everything preplanned so that when a member shows up for a work-out, the exercises are designed to make a body stronger, restore a sense of solid balance and even are designed to help injuries heal. The work-outs are never repeated, and set to music that keeps the heart pumping - that's so important. I am an older member, and I can't see myself stopping my OTF membership any time soon. (I'm so glad that I have a Premier membership because I go to the OTF gym at least 3 times a week!)
One thing that I really appreciate with OTF is that the coaches there are always encouraging, and they implore us to "Pay attention to your body." That advice is very important. I've overtrained myself at times, because I failed to heed that warning. But the trainers also know that moving one's body is essential for recovery and regaining strength and function. I love OTF because everyone who's ever worked there has been kind to me, and kindness matters. From the front desk people to the trainers and the owner, everyone has been encouraging, positive and displays a fun attitude and mindset. Thank you.

What do you like about our workout?

The entire studio is welcoming. They make sure when you need assistance they are there to guide you. The front desk staff is always there with a smile cheering you on. The members are kind to one another, but not nosey, the music gets you going and you can get into your own space and improve your life with excellent guidance from all the coaches. It is easy to tell when people care and this team cares EVERTIME you come in. Never fake or phony, very genuine and supportive.

Very happy to be a member of this studio!

They are the BEST in the business!

As the saying goes, "People don't care what you know until they know that your care" applies to this studio. First and foremost, they care about you as a person and then guide you along the way to actually "coach" you with their expert knowledge. Amazing group of experts at this studio.

What do you like about our workout?

Love OTF. Rocco has done a great job stepping up after a fair amount of attrition with trainers all while taking on a new role. Several of the news trainers are great and seem to be settling into a good rhythm. The whole team - front end and trainers - are great and we have referred many friends to OTF Brea including Michelle Kadera, Andrew Kadera, Brian Maurer, Christina Maurer and many others who now have OTF as a part of their periodic mix.

What do you like about our workout?

I think it’s a good balance of cardio and lifting for me. I lift more outside of OTF and do other HIIT. For endurance based I like OTF.

Mark, he’s super awesome! I’m honestly really shy about grabbing weights from other racks. Sometimes I literally stick to what I have because don’t want to brother anyone. I really appreciate that he knows his members potential.

The best part about it, is when he drops the weights next to you! Because he knows that I can handle it.
