Love the coaches and the people I've met there.
The challenge changes everyday. The music is generally too loud.
The workouts are so fun, the coaches are great and motivating. I never thought I would like to workout. The gym is clean and equipment is always in good condition, and the front desk staff is very communicative and friendly.
Full body workout, focuses on hitt conditioning, great coaches and variety.
Along with being a great cardio workout (which is what I enjoy the most), it also allows me to strengthen areas that I wouldn't normally focus on. This has been great for preventing nagging injuries I've struggled with in the past. The coaches really make the workout fun and competitive, too. They not only demonstrate correct workout forms and hand out tons of motivation, but they also give every class a sense of community. I would recommend OTF to anyone.

I like the balance of tread, rower, and fitness floor.
I like that it is a complete body workout. Cardio on the treadmill, the rower works the entire body with additional cardio and thr weight floor builds your strength.
The music is on point. The Coaches' energy creates motivation and support for your fitness goals.

I love that the workouts change every day. I also love the trainers they really motivate me to work harder.
I love the Orange Theory workout because I can put it on 'cruise control'. As long as I show up I feel like the rest is taken care of for me. I love the coaches as humans, the people I workout with, the loud fun music, and the coached workout. My body has transformed in ways I didn't realize it could and I'm a 50 year old woman. I've been a member for almost three years and have consistently worked out with the exception of the quarantine. I went from walking to running and have maintained a 20 lb weight loss.
That I don’t have to plan my workout. Orangetheory plans the workout for me and tells me everything I need to do. Also the hype music. Music is very important to get me going.
The workout is well rounded and great to do a couple times a week for maintenance. I would like to suggest that we don’t congregate in the lobby/hallway before starting the class. It’s too small and tight of an area. It makes more sense if we can go into the gym and get on our machines. The coach ends up describing the class in more detail once we get inside so hearing the summary of class outside doesn’t really help.
The staff and trainers are positive, knowledgeable and friendly. The workouts are high energy. It’s like going to Cheers, everybody knows your name.
The investment in my progress
Coach led workouts across multiple stations that are not the same thing every time. Like the positive motivation to push myself and knowing that the coaches are monitoring my form.
I love the variety-each workout is different. And I love having a coach telling me what to do each minute of the workout! I don’t have to think about a routine, just do what I’m told for an hour. Makes it so much easier for me to consistently exercise!

The coaches at OTF castle rock Colorado make it fun and enjoyable experience. I am hooked by the intense workout that is total body and I'm never bored and never miss a scheduled workout!
