I'm more motivated in the group setting to push harder through a workout. I also enjoy the variety of different workouts. I do wish some of the pre-covid class formats would come back, e.g. rotating through the stations more than once.

All of the trainers have a great enthusiasm for what they do. Connie is on a different level but we appreciate all of the trainers. Her attention to detail and the specific person who is in front of her is always greatly appreciated.
How the workouts are different each day and I don't have to plan anything, I just show up.
I like the intensity and how individual it is while still being a class format. It feels like personal training but way more affordable and fun!

I like the new changes that were made to the workouts. I felt like for a while there the workouts were becoming slow and not very challenging. Ever since the changes were made I feel like I burn more calories and my heart rate is up higher especially in the weight room. Plus First name removed, Eleana and Mark make the workouts so fun and their music is great!

I love OTF SEA. It is my splurge for myself. As a working mother and wife, I enjoy the hour to myself. It is a great stress release for the stressors of everyday life. I love the coaches and the other members that have become friends and bring encouragement to each class. That’s why I show up!
I like that it tones without adding a lot of bulk, also that the coaches are there to correct form which I tend to get all wrong. :)

Orangetheory provides the best all around workout. I like it because I know I'm going to get variety, time on treadmills, rowers and weights, yet I don't have to plan it out. They are there to guide me through every piece of it. I get a good workout and I'm done in an hour. No stress and no worries.
Love the entire staff and how every workout is different and challenging in its own way.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that varies daily. The coaches explain the routines and push you to improve in every class. This is just the formula I have needed the past 2.5 years to be happy and healthy in my late 50’s. This is a full body work out that truly works!
I love OTF Baker! The staff/coaches are dynamic, engaging, and so welcoming. I can’t recommend this studio more highly than a 10/10!
I like the structure of the workout, show up and follow the template, no thinking involved. I love the OTF Community, the passion of the coaches and the energy provided by the music.
I think the coaches at OTF-Castle Rock are phenomenal which keeps you on point in the classes. Predominately, I take Deb and Mac’s classes and they keep the classes moving and interact with everyone to make sure they are getting the most from the workout. On top of that, I like the format now that challenges you on different fronts in each class. For a guy approaching 50 these workouts are good and can be done easily.
