I love the variety within each workout and each week! I also love that it is a very challenging workout, but you can easily adjust depending on how you’re feeling that day. The coaches are also amazing and so upbeat!

It’s 45 min long! Wish there was one more 45 min class to pick from.
There is an incentive to go since you have to schedule your workout. Also, the trainers are motivating and helpful. I like that you do both lifting and cardio in most classes, so I feel like there is a benefit to both my strength and cardiovascular health.
I like that it is modifiable. I’m 60 and can’t always perform at the highest level. The instructors are helpful and encouraging. I also like the strength training. I like that they check in with me if I haven’t been for awhile. It makes me feel like they notice and appreciate my business.
I like that its easy - meaning I don't have to think about my workout. It is already planned and that it mixes up different exercises to get a full body workout. The hardest part is showing up.

Mix of strength and cardio, engaging supportive staff, variety
I love the mix and variety of the workouts; transitioning between tread, rower, and strength. The workouts are very fun and effective and the coaches are wonderful. I have seen results and my strength and endurance have improved!
I don't have to think for 1 hour. The coach tells you what to do. Every day is different with exercises and platform.
Orange Theory feels like family. Everyone genuinely cares about each other.

I love the workouts because it changes daily. The music is on fire!! The some of the coaches are super dope.

I appreciate the varied options within the workout. Tread, strength and rowing makes the hour class go by in a flash! I am able to go my pace and really listen to my body while simultaneously listening to the coaches direction. I recommend Orange Theory to beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes.
I like how it’s weights, cardio, core. It’s quick and fun.
Each one is different. The coaches are high-energy and you work out at your pace. I don’t feel like I have to keep up with those that are many years younger!
