The hour goes by so fast! Fun music and encouraging coaches. I also need the accountability of signing up and there being a consequence if I don’t show up.
Love the structure of each and every workout, love the motivation when splats are generated. I highly recommend Orangetheory Fitness to anyone trying to get in their best shape.

I appreciate that it's done in a group, and I feel a sense of camaraderie with the other customers. Additionally, the encouragement from the coaches is wonderful to help stay motivated in the moment. This is dependent upon the individual coach and not all coaches have developed this skill but most of the coaches I've worked with have been amazing at recognizing my achievements and motivating me further.
I’m getting results and I can feel my body changing. I’m much stronger than before and have a positive outlook on my health and life.
The trainers are awesome! Great playlists. Wonderful way to spend 60 minutes. Supportive front desk. What's not to love?!
Group fitness is always better for me than self lead, but the coaches (particularly Kat) are so motivating and personal that it just makes it that much better

Variety.
Because I have bad anxiety, not wearing a heart monitor so I didn't have to compare myself to others was extremely helpful. The pace of the workout was great and Sebastian leading the class was so helpful and just did a great job. Definitely going to be continuing this for a while. I haven't been able to get my aerobic exercise in and by doing this class, I am getting plenty of it. Just what I need.
The competitive spirit in the room.
I don't have to think about what I'm going to do that day. I just show up and sweat and get my butt work off.

It's all about the variety of how you use the treadmills and those rowers. Many times they are used in conjunction. Doubtful any of us could create that variety on our own. Same goes for the weight floor. OTF works every part of the body to attain maximum benefit in each and every class. Plus the Coaches are terrific. They are extremely helpful and everyone is a motivater and constantly encouraging all of us. I wish I had joined OTF years ago. It's a life changing and in some instances a life saving choice.
I love the energy, the music, the alternating of workouts. I also like to see the heart rate monitor. It motivates you to push. Provides a goal to attain throughout the workout.
