it is very dynamic and very illustrative. Looking at the monitor definitely helps to push yourself to be on the orange and red zones!

Treadmill portion is my favorite part. It pushes me out of my comfort zone. Weight portion could be better. Some movements are awkward so have to adjust those to make it worth it for me. Overall I recommend it.
Always a great experience. Energy is high, music is great, other participants are nice. The workouts are always set up so that you can get a good workout, but also push yourself or go lighter that day. Great options depending on where you are at, health wise. I use OTF as cross training workout for trail running. It's the perfect supplement to my standard routines. Awesome location and staff!

I like the variety and many different intervals. It almost fools you into doing more than you thought you could do.
One recommendation is that there are not 15lb dumbbells at each station. Almost the weight side of the room could use just a tad bit more room

I am getting much more intensity and cardio work thanks to the tread and rowing time in each workout. I also benefit from the variety in each workout in the floor work, weights and TRX. The trainers are outstanding and their passion and commitment is greatly appreciated.
