I’ve never had the motivation to give 100% for an entire 1 hour workout until orange theory. The coaches motivate you to keep going even when you feel like you can’t go anymore.
Everything. Great coaches and workouts. You’re in a group setting but u can still work at your own pace.
Coaches take the time to learn my name. They are super friendly and very approachable. If I ever need a modification they are happy to help me. I feel welcomed to the class and really enjoy going.

Always a good workout, combination of cardio and weights. I like having an excellent coach to guide me through a pre-made workout and to help me get the most out of it. Good community.
It is intense. Every time, I feel like I have gotten a good workout. My body feels better, and I have more stamina, strength, and flexibility. I like the combination of cardio and weight training. It is an all around good work out.

The variety! I get bored easily with workouts but not with OrangeTheory!!
All I have to do is show up and I know I am going to get a good workout. When I go to the gym on my own there is a 75% chance that I will walk on the treadmill for 5 mins and get bored. That’s not an option at OTF. The energy from the group is motivating and the trainers keep you on track. I also love the variety of people at OTF. It ranges from super fit athletes to soccer moms. I always feel comfortable and there is no judgement.
It’s very challenging, energetic and fun! I love how motivating it is to watch for those splat points on the screen and making sure I’m training in the correct zones.
I also deeply appreciate the cleanliness of the gym!!!!
It’s challenging and is never the same each time.
Like that it is 1 hour of my day and then I am done.
The trainers are awesome. The workout changes from day to day, and I just have to show up and do what I'm told.
