What I like about the workout is it’s easy on my knees. I’ve been looking for something that has less impact on my knees and I thInk I may have found it. It doesn’t look difficult but it is very challenging. Only problem for me is the location is a little far. Once one opens up closer to me then I think I may have to drop my other gym membership and join Orange Theory.

Keeps me motivated!
I love everything about OTF. I've never successfully worked out at a gym because I can't afford a personal trainer and I won't/don't push myself hard enough to earn splat points. Brian, Mario, Lisa and all of the trainers push, motivate, teach and make this fun. It's still work and it's still painful, but it's rewarding and I love it. I only wish I'd discovered it a longtime ago because if I had I'd own one.

Love the variety of workouts. The trainers watch and correct you (if needed). I also like that you have to sign up for a class, therefore you are committed to that workout!
