I like that there are several different training options are available every day and I can choose from a wide range of options. I liked the interactive and group nature of doing activities and it gives me more motivation to participate and continue.

Fantastic staff who are willing to help. Aaron was a pleasure to deal with. I took part in the three class trial pass and was put into classes that suited me. Clean facilities and in a great location.

What do you like about our services?

I love that it's a gym that caters for everyone. From serious gym goers to people like me that can only do low impact classes. There's no judgement from other members and most importantly no judgement from staff. All the staff go out of there way to accomodate modifications to excericea if able and it's wonderful.

Julius is an amazing trainer, and some of the front staff are friendly too. But overall Julius is results driven and loves to incorporate fun into every session we do

The personalised attention (and understanding)of client needs. I suffer from severe osteoarthritis and often need to cancel bookings I have made because of pain. I am never made to feel guilty no matter how many times I need to do this.
