Great staff and a lot of classes
I have already referred 2 people, and both have joined. My first friend was told that I would receive a one hour personal training session but I have not been contacted???
Also, Rachel, who takes the Thursday 9.15am Yoga, followed by the relaxation session is amazing. The class was out of control full. It would definitely benefit your members if you were to add an additional session or two of both with Rachel as the instructor. I would definitely recommend the gym with this instructor and class in mind.
For your information, I do not find it motivational with the group training sessions being conducted in the middle of the hallway in the mornings - I find it intimidating. Most of the time I get 'stared down' as if I am getting in 'their way' when all I am doing is heading to the back of the gym for a designated class time - I do not enjoy this.

everyone is quite lovely and welcoming. There is a range of classes provided at many times making it really easy to go when it suits you
I am soooo frustrated with the app I have had non stop problems with it from the start. When is it getting fixed? I have missed out on so many class purely becuase i cant book in due my app never working :-(
Also the aircon in GRC is awful

Love the Grc classes! Instructors are knowledgeable. Classes are never the same. I get a great workout everyday!
