I don't like the booking system...setting an alarm on a Sunday to book a ride class for Tuesday is just not cool :( but I understand it needs to be done...
I like the friendly staff especially you young lady on reception she is lovely with the long blonde hair, she is the best reception you've had in a while. that is the first impression members and new business experience when they walk in the door.. it is important.
