The reception staff are always lovely

I think the trainers are great especially Kaitlyn, Fran, Marina, Zoe and Lucy - you’re not looking at the clock they make the classes enjoyable.

The fact that the yoga class has moved rooms and the music outside the class isn’t too loud now..I signed up because of the yoga classes and wasn’t enjoying it at all to begin with. Also marinas classes are amazing on Tuesday

Except- can the half deflated boxing bags be either replaced or filled? They are too light and fly all over the place.
Would also be amazing to put another fan in the front left hand corner of the room, gets really really hot there during Box & Suspension, there is no breeze in that corner.

The staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The equipment is regularly maintained and in very good condition and the variety of classes are HUGE. I also think that membership fees are very reasonable.

What do you like about our services?

Just about everything you offer is good: the classes, the variety of activities, the times, the staff, the facilities, the fees. I don't have anything to complain about, sometimes the air-con is a bit cold for me, however, it is a personal thing (not a fan of air-con) :)
