I have been coming to the gym for a few years now and I would've left except for the staff. The trainers and the people behind the counter are very friendly and are always there to help. They make coming to the gym so much fun!

I enjoy the classes especially NIA. I wish we had two NIA classes again.

GRC is good but the state of vinyl on reformers is very disturbing.

Perhaps our cleaning is too zealous and the use of towels needs to be encouraged?
