I would like to say a big thank you to the wonderful staff at Neutral Bay. We were stuck in the storms on Friday night and ran very late for our appointment. Everyone was very accommodating and made the effort to still fit us in. We greatly appreciated their kindness and understanding to ensure the bride to be was look after for the wedding the next day. Tan colour and finish is exactly what we both wanted.

Your staff are so professional and make me feel so comfortable even when basically naked for most of your services! I also complained once about confusion with cancelling a tan booking, and the complaint was dealt with so well - you just patiently explained the extra charge in a way that made sense. Nat is also just an absolutely incredible waxer.
