With the exception of Charlotte, her phone manner is exceptionally rude, I like everything about your services. All other staff members have a lovely, approachable manner and really make you feel comfortable. I travel all the way from Gymea Bay for your spray tans. People think I'm mad but I insist it is worth it. :)
