The response time and results of the carpet, upholstery, and spot cleaning that ServiceMaster Clean provides is great. We have virtually no call backs and great communication when there occasionally have been stubborn spots. Our representative is great as are all the staff I have dealt with - always willing to make recommendations and provide information on different cleaning methods and other pertinent information.

Personalized service, quick and efficient turn around time for service requets. Reps are very presentable when they come in during office hours. Account reps (Keith M) are dynamite to deal with. Treated like a friend rather than a customer. Any arising issues are dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. Never any hassels or messing around. Service Master is a class act all the way!
