He is also very organized, when he says they will be in to complete something, it is done. If for some reason they aren't able to make it, he contacts us immediately...so, really great communication as well.
We like the quality of the work being done, the email follow ups after a service is done as well as the quick response time to requests for addtional special cleaning. once the contract is done it is a easy to manage process throughout the year.

In my experience over the last 15 plus years, Service Master has done a great job of maintaining our carpets.
Cleaning performed meets our business requirements. Management and Staff are responsive and great to deal with. We recently had a water flood in our Toronto office and my Calgary contacts were able to get me in touch with the Toronto team to provide full clean-up and restoration services.
