My journey with Bach2Rock has been complex. It started off rough and for a while I wasn't very happy with how things were going, but the place has improved dramatically and now I have a better idea of what Bach2Rock can do when things are working correctly.
My only feedback comment to Bach2Rock is there are too many single source failure points when it comes to scheduling kids with teachers. I understand that finding a qualified professional that knows the specific instrument that the kid is wanting to play might be a difficult/impossible task, but from a customer standpoint, the customers need to have the illusion that a teacher will be available at the scheduled time even if the teacher has to change to make it happen. I feel that this has been happening more lately, but there was a time, where getting a reliable class and teacher was very difficult and the company was putting responsibility on the parents to reschedule appointments over and over again. Bach2Rock needs to cover that side better and ensure that there are backups in place at all times.
Otherwise I'm very happy with everything now and I'm excited to see Bach2Rock continue to improve. The efforts thus far have been noticed.

I LOVVVVVVE the teachers!!!! Esp Mr. Quinn, Mr. Spencer, & Mr. Jack........Mr. Quinn is EXCEPTIONAL! He has a special touch w children & is the magic that inspires my boys to play. We LOVE the shows...the opportunity to perform gives purpose & excitement to practicing.

I constantly share my positive experience with Bach 2 Rock with friends and acquaintances. It’s been a great experience with our son who really enjoys going to sessions and improving his skills. We will be adding our middle child and having him start soon as well!

Birthday package was reasonable and worth it! Kids loved the instruments and recording of the song. Staff was very open to the kids trying out the different instruments and were very flexible. Parents commented how different and neat the party was. Staff was VERY friendly! Will most likely book my daughters party there at the end of the year! Thank you!!!

Teachers & showcases
I gave it a 9 because my son said so himself. My son said he especially enjoyed playing the drums while everyone said what they liked. He said he wanted to participate because he likes music, and as a parent, I am happy that he actually enjoyed it.

I like how often the kids are given opportunities to play in front of an audience.
The birthday party was great! It was so different from anything they had done before, and the instructors had great energy and enthusiasm and worked so well with the kids.
The B2R instructors are amazing musicians and teachers - they are experts at connecting with the students.
Our birthday party we had there was fabulous! I love the variety and how kid-friendly it is there.
