Needed to remove an old upright piano. Called to setup an appointment and they were available within a few days. Junkluggers called and emailed the day before to confirm the appointment and the removal crew called again the morning of the removal to alert me that they were on their way. Two very nice young men arrived and easily removed my piano. Fast, friendly and great service! Would gladly recommend Junkluggers to anyone needing to remove things from their home.

Ashton helped me with the initial contact and estimate and Trey was terrific for the pickup
(3 old mowers and an old yard vac).
Each and every conversation by text, email, phone and in person was top drawer and impressive. Trey even called me to apologize about having to delay the pickup by 15 minutes due to a wreck on I-40. Way above and beyond. You guys have a stellar reputation for customer service and now I know why.
