Great customer service. Initially were going to come on the same dayā¦.it was Sunday and ended up they couldnāt come bc dumps were closed and containers full. They called us back and were very apologetiic and scheduled for the next morning. The Luggers were great - they moved a ton of stuff to the garage that me and my husband couldnāt lift. Canāt say enough about how great the services was and I wasnāt even home. THANKS JUNK LUGGERS!

The guys who came out were great and did a great job. However I was scheduled for ten to twelve and they showed up at about 1:40. They didnāt do a good job of communicating with me and I wasted a lot of time.

The two visits to my late sister's home were handled so professionally. Your team of Brian and
Kyle saved so many beautiful pieces of period dining room furniture that ended up at Habitat for Humanity in Westwood. To our family, it was essential that those pieces would go to another family that would appreciate them. They transported them with a high level of professionalism.
For round two, while I sat quietly in the kitchen, they dismantled or moved several large pieces of
furniture that could no longer be saved- too big or too old. They gently transported the mahogany china closet. It is our hope that someone somewhere will use this period piece from 1952.
It was such a relief to see the family homestead cleared so that a new family could start theri own odyssey while we closed out a 64 year run in Dumont.
