I have used Junkluggers several times. The booking process is easy, they arrive on time, they are courteous and they charge a fair price. What more could you want? Oh, I know—they donate goods whenever possible to keep items out of landfills.

This was our first time needing to contact a bulk haul away service - we had an overwhelming amount of packing materials/etc remaining that our movers had used to protect our furniture and other belongings. From the first contact to the completion of our experience with The Junkluggers, we could not be more pleased. Amazingly, they were able to arrive the same day we called (keeping us posted on their ETA) and the friendly professional team worked swiftly and efficiently to remove our mostly recyclable refuse. The whole process was very impressive and actually quite reasonable with no surprises from the initial quote. I like that JL does their best to donate/ recycle as much as possible. That really helped to ease the “guilty” feelings I had when trying to get rid of a lot of junk, making the process easier for me (because I have hoarding tendencies and it pains me to get rid of ANYTHING).
