Local people are great, especially Scott. They communicate and listen then work quickly and efficiently. I was not impressed by the centralized call center person. He didn’t seem to understand what I needed for service. It appeared that that was not communicated to the local people, based on questions they asked.

I think it's perfect. I don't have to guess the size of a dumpster. I don't have to fill it. And it's cheeper than doing it myself. Junkluggers do all the work and my stuff doesn't just go in a landfill. My useless stuff becomes useful.

The items were removed from my house quickly and efficiently.
The two men who loaded the truck were friendly, sociable, and respectful. They loaded the truck fully which justified the full load price. I liked the fact that the items loaded would be categorized and utilized as much as possible, and not just thrown into a landfill. I would recommend this company!
