Employees worked helping remove many items from our garage. They worked in organized manner. It was a challenging job as most items had been stored for many years above. They were early, did exactly as you said by calling me before arriving and were patient when I wasn't home because they were early. The guys who came were very nice and helpful, made sure to pack the junk in so they didn't have to charge me for a higher tier of space.
While their payment app had an issue, it would have been convenient to pay by card although writing a check was easy.
Best of all, the junk is gone!

Kelvin and Abel were amazing. They worked quickly and handled everything so delicately. They explained the process before working, were patient with answering any questions and educated us on different types of “junk”. As first timers, this was very helpful and we recommended their services already.
Beginning with setting up the appointment, The young lady was extremely nice and easy to talk with. The tiwo young men were polite and very helpful. They did a great job!
Junkluggers are part of my routine. When the junk piles up, as junk will, I set up an appointment, and it all goes away. A necessary service, since my stuff turns into junk pretty much daily, much of it being OLD stuff.
