Team of Gary (Lead), Christian, Lenny (Estimator), and Sebastian were awesome. Gary was a great team leader, the estimate was on target, even got a bit of a refund and they handled some changes from estimate to actual day needs with no problem. They were organized, efficient, thorough, responsive, respectful, pleasant and amazing. They arrived on time for estimate and work day and explained everything during estimate and removal and went beyond expectations by sweeping up each room and location including tough garage and basement and responding to requests (such as moving a refrigerator which was not a hauling away job) for special handling or assistance.
They communicated throughout entire haul to load efficiently and separate trash from donation. They left the premises spotless and did a final walk through to ensure I was satisfied.They completed in several hours what would have taken family days and back breaking work to complete, it was 100% worth it to relieve stress and toil of work required.
They found items I hadn't even realized were hidden but which needed to be decisioned. I felt respected that they didn't haul haphazardly and inquired how certain items needed to be handled. I appreciate their attentiveness and was amazed when they were done and the areas cleared were spotless and/or organized. Thank you to this great team! Would highly recommend.
