The 2 movers who came to my house were friendly, polite and professional. They saw that I had 2 items to remove and called immediately to cancel the additional help & van that had been assigned to my job saying there wasn't a need for them. This was not my first experience with Junkluggers. My other experience was a removal of office furniture when my office relocated. The movers were not friendly, polite nor professional.

Team members were polite, showed up within scheduled time and did a good job. I strongly recommend you upgrade your credit card payment method so team member isn't required to enter credit card number, expiration date and 3-digit code. I'm a trusting sole, but others might be very concerned about a service provider having that info on what appeared to be his personal cell phone.
