The two men who loaded the truck were friendly, sociable, and respectful. They loaded the truck fully which justified the full load price. I liked the fact that the items loaded would be categorized and utilized as much as possible, and not just thrown into a landfill. I would recommend this company!

When I spoke with your representative I was instantly put it ease when all of my questions were answered. The luggers were on time, courteous and removed everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs the removal of furniture from their apartment or home.

Malik and Alejandro were great! I had an appointment scheduled between 12-2pm and just before 2pm, Malik called to let me know they were running late. He continued to keep me updated until he arrived. It took 30 minutes to load my furniture. They were great guys and answered all my questions about the truck, their services, etc. I am now reconsidering getting a dumpster since Junkluggers was so quick and easy.

Came within stated time range, ready to move things out and to the truck. Charles and Naeem were friendly, efficient and patient. The cellar door was stuck (painted) shut so they had to use the shallow interior steps. Had to remove door from old upright freezer to get it out of kitchen. Did so and got the thing out of the kitchen being very careful not to damage tile floor or paint on door jamb. Junk removal was much easier from the garage -- just opened the door and it went straight to the truck.
This is the second time I've used Junkluggers and plan to do so again when I have more junk to get rid of.
