We hired JunkLuggers to do a cleanout of a unit in a luxury apartment building in Hackensack, NJ. Josh Braunstein, the Operations Manager, was very accommodating and communicative from the outset, meeting us on almost a moments notice. He told us how his company operated, what to expect from the crew, what would be done with the contents of the apartment, and provided all necessary information to work in this building in a timely manner. On cleanout day, Josh and his crew were on time and well prepared. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were very respectful of the luxury property they were working in, and the residents of the building. If need removal services in the future, my only call will be to Josh and JunkLuggers.
