The appointment was scheduled for the next morning after I called for an estimate. The crew was friendly and very helpful.
They offered to come 1.5 hrs early and I agreed, this was to my benefit. They were able to get my 7' sofa quickly from my 2nd floor apt. The whole process took about 15 minutes. The price was a little below avg for the same service and spot on with the estimate. My experience was awesome.
