A real person answers the phone, talks to me like I am a regular, knows me by my dog's name, knows my dog. The phone person and in person act like they see us all of the time. They act as though they have just been waiting for us to come and they are happy to see us - they are not distracted, bored or couldn't be bothered.
Staff always seems as though they have time for us.
The baths - my dog smells and looks better than when he goes to the groomer.

The staff here is the absolute best! They look after my little one as if he was a member of their family as well. The staff is so compassionate, kind, and collaborative. My pup loves going to daycare at All American Pet Resort and truly enjoys his boarding time there as well. As soon as he realizes where we are he is ready to run out of the car to play! They also do a great job with all of their grooming services. I recommend All American Pet Resort to everyone I know!
I liked the tour that was given to us, routines explained and time was given to view my pet during her stay. It was a first for our Yorkie and plan on bringing her back for a longer stay.
It is hard to hear associates over the phone. It sounds like the phones are broken usually there is a big hum or it is very quiet. I also wish there were more cameras that let you see the dogs. I have not been able to see where my dog is staying during the last 3 visits.
I love how everyone genuinely seems to take their job seriously to take great care of my dog, Hoss. He is my baby and I won’t leave him just anywhere, but I don’t have to even hesitate with All American. I also LOVE the transparency and ability to check in on my guy through the cameras.
They always take amazing care of our pups. The staff is very aware of any issues if they arrive and contact me immediately. I feel like my pups are always in the best of care and well taken care of. Great managers!
