I like that I can tune in and watch my dog. However, I was disappointed that she did not get her FREE bath & blow dry before she left on her last day! Otherwise, I love the individual kennels with the beds y’all have for each dog. Very impressive

That we can access cameras to check on our babies, the fact that you pet our dogs (and the other dogs) and take them out consistently and genuinely care about them. I enjoy the updates I receive from the staff when I ask how their stay went.

Alli & Terre are always well cared for when they go to “the Resort”. They are happy to see us when we pick them up, but sad to leave their AAPR friends. The facility is clean, well maintained and convenient to RSW. I highly recommend, although a little spendy…that said well worth the peace of mind knowing they receive good care.

Pet Resort is always so amazing to work with, as I've been taking my dogs there for the past 7 years! They are beyond accomodating to our two French Bulldogs and care for them as I would. Highly recommend the entire team there!
I cant really comment on the specifics of the boarding process due to the fact that I have never been behind the iron curtain to see the facility in action. I do like the fact that they are open 24/7 and that they have cameras in the facility though I wish they would upgrade the camera system to allow for better coverage of the kennel and the play areas as well as higher resolution in order to see more clearly the crew and our pups in action. I also wish they allowed stuffed toys that many dogs enjoy at home in the facility. I understand the issue with potential fleas though this could be easily remedied by the facility sanitizing them by steam or other methods. There was one time I came to pick up my pup and I noticed that the crew was playing "hard rock" music in back so loud that I could hear it clearly up front. When questioned the staff told me that they play music for the dogs when storms approach and that it calms them down. Well the type of hard rock music I was hearing wouldn't calm me down so I truly believe that it would work for the dogs! Besides it wasn't even raining!
It was good to know that Beth and Rain are still working there!! They have been there since we have been dropping Logan off and they are GREAT! Retention on your employees is essential in that the dogs get use to seeing the same person each time they come.
I also wish you would have tours of the facility so that the owners can get a lay of the land and how you all do what you do day in and day out.

A place I can trust
We were surprised the second time we stopped the dogs off for boarding how excited our timid/slow to warm up dog was to go back with the staff; but both dogs were happy! We haven’t been able to catch the dogs playing on their camera streaming but I like they get a fairly detailed report card when we pick them up. Their location and 24/7 pick up hours are incredibly convenient.
