Friendly! Some of the staff is really great and good teachers and they interact with students a lot and we can always ask them question they love to help! I'm referring to Shawna and Gail!
Hot yoga is great. Heat isn't overwhelming and the instructors are very good.
Location and that parking is easy is great but mostly how friendly and welcoming all the staff are. The studio is great .. love the new place

I'm a first time gym guy. I didn't know what to expect. John Andrew listened to my history and what I wanted to accomplish. I wanted to ease my way into this so as not to cause any injury or become discouraged. He is extremely helpful and supportive. The room is bright and the environment is positive. The location is good and there is place to park. So far I am fully satisfied and would definitely recommend this location.

the one on one in a group setting, change of exercises each session, encouragement, workable size [5 to 8]. focus by the group, upbeat welcoming staff.
The variety of options in the studio (ahtletica, hot, yin, etc.) and good schedule. I also like the diversity of your instructors all with their own style and backgrounds. It's not "cookie cutter"-like classes.
