Good classes
Love the Friday Yin Class. Second best in Monday Yin. :o) So far I have only been to 3 classes . Hope to be able to fit more in soon .

Great instructors - All (the 6 that I have had various classes with) are very knowledgeable and they conduct the classes in a very positive and informative way. They keep all levels of experience engaged, with constant tips for positions for maximum benefit.
Even when the same instructor is conducting the same titled class there are typically a few minor changes that keep the class "new", the classes don't get stale.
Great variety of classes. The odd early morning class (6:30 ish) would be nice.
Really enjoy the staff and atmosphere/ambiance in the studio. I have recommended to several people I know. Thank you for maintaining a great business model and facility!

The studio is very welcoming, making it easy to settle into a good practice. Also, the instructors/staff are very friendly, and take the time to teach modifications for the more challenging poses.

I like the heat especially in winter! The people working at the studio are friendly and welcome you when you arrive. Dynamic smells great! The change rooms are roomy with lots of little things we might forget! The water is delicious! I have only been twice so far with my 30 day pass but I like it?

The low lighting is amazing, it really helps to calm me and get me in the zone! The teachers are very good at explaining the positions, as a beginner this is important to me. I also like how the teachers give options for poses and positivity during the class!Everyone is really friendly, and I love going to yoga
