He took the time to ask what the visit was for, but hat type of interview and gave me the best options he felt would work best. Donna at the Irvine location is an absolute joy to work with. She made the task of fitting my groomsmen a breeze. Some of the guys were out of towners and she had clear instructions on how to send in measurements and was very accommodating throughout the entire process. I had a couple last minute details that she was able to fix, and I would recommend her and this location to anyone.

I like the friendly and helpful people who work in the Torrance Friar Tux store. They have a professional, yet cheerful attitude and even when stressed at very busy moments seem to have the place running well.
The sign-in procedure is *extremely* helpful as it eliminates confusion or argument as to who is next in line to be helped. There's also a helpful sign informing us that it's not necessary to check in when returning your rental.

Mohammed was supremely helpful in making sure my purchases and rentals fit and that I had everything I needed from having the pants hemmed to cutting the pocket threads to getting a garment bag. The suit and accessories fit well and Mohammed made the entire experience easy and relaxing. 10/10
